Ratings and reviews

The app is very slow to load and after entering my user name the first time I had to wait before it would allow me to enter the password. To get to the page to do tranfers, deposits, and payments is not intuitive. Rather than that functionality being in the menu, the "+" button is used where accounts are listed. A "+" in that location would normally be to used to add an account. The good news is it worked with errors.

Saw the update today, and still doesn't work with the autofill API for password managers. The fields get filled but the "continue" button remains greyed out, like it doesn't recognize thst the fields are filled. If I manually copy and paste then it works fine. Check deposit mechanism needs to take advantage of the flash. It's hard to get a clear picture without a shadow.

BAD APP!!!!!!!! Every week or two, sometimes the next day I have to uninstall the app because it won't let me sign in. Also every time you log in it asks if you want to enable a feature you don't want to and it resets every time you have to reinstall the app. I've talked to others with the app and they have the same experience. I'm honestly considering switching banks because the app is so inconvenient. Also it asks you to enroll in online banking every time so I have enrolled at least 20 times.
