I'm so fed up with this bank! If it weren't so much trouble, I would have switched banks long ago (and I may still yet). For months now, even their automated account number doesn't work properly!!! Someone should update this bank into this century PLEASE before everyone goes completely online!! The best thing about them is their in-office customer service and that's soon going to be a thing of the past (sad to say 😕) After reading all reviews about online usage problems, I don't dare try that!!

The recent changes to online banking have caused it to malfunction regularly. The shape of the camera is designed for long business checks, and it can't handle short personal checks. this is the third time I have had to go back and try to make a mobile deposit that should have gone through the first time.
