I have both Varo Banks as well. I've tried everything to get them connected. And everytime the amounts come thru to verify the external linked account is gone then I have to start the process over. And I've already changed my phone number on file and that didn't work. Then I try to sign in to this directly and I'm not a user.... so frustrating. If you can fix I'll give better rating.

I only gave a 1 since can't have the option of less than that. I'm very let down with the app, web site as well as the bank. I have waiting on a money transfer for over a week and when I call the person doesn't give a straight and at one point said that there is no account which is false since I have one of their cards.

They stole $3244 from me. Yes you read that right. I requested a deposit in the amount of $3244. I accidentally entered the wrong deposit information, and left off a number. I was told the payment would be rejected and automatically sent back because it was an invalid account or account that doesn't exist. Here we are going into 3 weeks later and they are REFUSING to send the money back without an indemnity letter and making me wait another week or 2. Don't ever use this company.
