The app is good and is fairly user friendly. Zelle payments set up is confusing at best. I hate that it deletes my login information regularly - even with the save user ID info is checked off and I have fingerprint login turned on. Also, once logged in - to use any features in the other than looking at balances makes you re-input all of login information - it is not convenient - an added security measure perhaps but I don't like it.

This is one of the worst apps I've had to use. I check my accounts daily, sometimes multiple times a day. Just about every time I try to login I get "user authentication required" forcing me to setup the app in it's entirety as if it was a new install. My username doesn't get saved, and my biometrics login won't function. I had this exact problem last year, it got solved with an update, and since the early November update, the problems came back! If need be, outsource the app development!

So far, you added extra steps to see our details. You haven't changed the way you reflect activity. For instance, you take money out of my account to send a bill pay transaction, but it is not reflected in my account for two days. That's wrong! If I schedule a payment to start on Monday and you send it on Monday, that amount should be deducted from my balance on Monday! Also, my detail transactions no longer show a running balance. Not only a bad app, it's a bad system upgrade!
