The biometrics (fingerprint sign in) hardly work, it almost always says authentication required when it it opens. Also, there is no warning that the password is about to expire, and you have to call or login on a computer to change it. It locks you out at the most inconvenient times. Talked to the tech support and they said they can't let you know before the password expires....Really?

From 4 stars to 1. Notifications do not work. When I check to enable them, it resets back to being off. Nothing I do can fix the issue. So I don't get notifications if my card is used for something. (edit 1/25/24) finally got an update for it. But now it force closes after claiming security threat detected by app. So vague and doesn't help determine what it is referring to. Still 1 star.

The App works great for me. I like the ease of access to anything I need. I love the biometrics sign in. I love that I can zelle from the app. I love that more than one person can access the account through the app on different phones: for example my husband and I have our own access to the same account on each of our phones. Not all banks have this.
