I just edited this review from 3 stars to 1. This is a horrible app. It will never let me login with my fingerprint. You also have to uninstall and reinstall constantly. So I hardly use it anymore and just go directly to the main website. The problem with this is it repeats that I need to enroll even though I already am. Edit: 1 star back up to 4 stars!The branch manager Brian had me come in to help fix my app problems. I really appreciated them taking the time, and they were so nice.

What everyone else is saying. The sign-in process of this app seems to get worse by the day, if that is even possible. There's clearly an issue with 2 people in the same household having the app on their individual phones. It seems to cancel the other person's sign-in info completely out. We find ourselves uninstalling and reinstalling this app on the regular. Will this EVER be fixed? 12/23 update - bug fix updates have solved nothing.

Horrible App, for over a year I constantly have to keep enrolling my info on this app as it only works 1 out of 20 trys with a pass code. Customer service can never figure it out nor can anyone at a branch they just say to uninstall the app from the phone and reinstall it and I should only have to enroll once... yet it keeps happening over and over. Clearly I'm not the only one and they yet have managed to fix it. I will switch banks soon over this daily headache that is time consuming everyday.
