Update #2: still continue having "authentication" issues and having to re-enroll my phone and fingerprint access. Multiple times a day, let alone multiple times a week. When the app works, it suits my needs, but the authenticate and re-enroll process is a huge pain and not worth it. Deleting the app permanently, and just going to login via their website. Such a waste of an app. Even more disappointing that the developers don't seem to care or simply not trying to resolve this issue. ZERO stars!

This app is so buggy! Used to work fine now ever 3 or 4 days my fingerprint isn't acceptable and I get a prompt that says authentication required. I have to either uninstall or clear all data and re-enter username and password. Then you have to get a code, re-enter phone # and skip auto enroll areas. Does the app work yes if your somewhat tech savvy, but all the hoops you have to jump through is no longer connveint!

I've had the app for a long time, but finally uninstalled it. I haven't been able to use it for 2-3 weeks. I tap on it and it says there is an error or the network is busy. When the app works, I love it. User friendly, every thing right there, can Zelle easily, but that's when it does work. I hope issues get fixed so I can re-download it, time will tell.
