This app and rcb is great for the absolute basic banking experience. I really wish we had the Zell app or other ways to send an transfer $

They are still in the dark ages but I can finally log in consistently. I got lame answers to my questions & need banking at the speed of life. 1) Do your own math because it doesn't give a running balance 2) Don't do transactions on the weekend bc they don't update on non business days and M-F only after midnight 3) I had late fees and declined pmts bc it takes several days to clear even a transfer from checking to savings. The app doesn't make banking with them easier.

The app does what it is supposed to, BUT every single time I sign in I have to re enter my user ID (even though I click remember), re enter my phone number to enroll (even though they tect a code to the very phone number they are asking for). Signing in is a chore every single time!
