For over a year, I've had problems with this Plains Capital app. Often, it can't load, because it "requires an update." When I choose the update, it goes on and on and never actually updates. Many times, I have uninstalled the app and then installed it again. This many times does not work either, as I still get the message about it requires an update. Sometimes, I wait a couple of days and then try again, and the app works. Very strange acting app. I have an Android, if that makes a difference.

I've been with Plains for 12 years, and the most infuriating thing about them is the mobile app. It NEVER saves my login information, even with my fingerprint set to log in, or the pin login. This wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't need to "enroll" for mobile banking every time I logged in. I also have to have a code sent to my phone in order for them to let me login. It's very annoying, especially if I just need to quickly look at my balance. The app has been like this for years.

Too many logins. Once you login to the app, the app requires you to continue to login to the app over and over again in order to do business in other sections of the app. It's a hassle because you can't use fingerprint sign in which means that someone can still see my password. It's dumb. Whoever made these changes made a poor decision. Before this happened I loved the app.
