Regardless if I'm using an Android or an Apple device. It doesn't matter if the phone is a year or a day old. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall it, sometimes even two to three times a week. When trying to sign off it constantly says try again system error, or network busy. It'll freeze on that message until you uninstall the app and have to reinstall it. When this at first came out at work wonderfully. It started these issues over a year ago.

It says I am not allowed to deposit a check because of the account I have. But the bank specifically told me my account comes with free mobile deposits. So why am I not allowed to deposit the money I earned working??? It's not like they make depositing checks in person easy when all their ATMs are broken and their hours are horrible.

this is the best bank I have ever used, the app in my opinion is better because if you need to move some cash to another account then you can just use the app, no need to go to the bank, it's super helpful 🙏
