Ratings and reviews

Not a fan of having to authenticate at each login, especially with the addition of a stronger mobile password being required with new app, however, extremely functional. Has been working so much better and consistently since I made my original review. Very appreciative of the effort put into improving the app experience. Very convenient. Still find glitches with fast login features like pin number being consistent so just don't use option any longer to avoid frustration.

Regardless if I'm using an Android or an Apple device. It doesn't matter if the phone is a year or a day old. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall it, sometimes even two to three times a week. When trying to sign off it constantly says try again system error, or network busy. It'll freeze on that message until you uninstall the app and have to reinstall it. When this at first came out at work wonderfully. It started these issues over a year ago.

This new app is horrible, doesnt save login, use biometrics or even use the pin. The layout is nonsensical, what was wrong with the old app? Also for some reason you have to get new login. I was able to login once and after the session was ended my login credentials no longer are valid.
