Regardless if I'm using an Android or an Apple device. It doesn't matter if the phone is a year or a day old. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall it, sometimes even two to three times a week. When trying to sign off it constantly says try again system error, or network busy. It'll freeze on that message until you uninstall the app and have to reinstall it. When this at first came out at work wonderfully. It started these issues over a year ago.

I have used this app for years, but as of March this year it has locked me out. saying that the data is unavailable or the network doesn't support it. I have tried everything, even calling my local branch and nothing has worked. I don't know if it's just me but the app broke.

I have been with this bank for well over 20 years, they have always been good with me and the app is convenient.
