This is by far the most, 'less than', "Vanilla" banking app I've ever had the displeasure of using. There are way too many steps involved just to be able to transfer money or pay bills, see my credit card, etc. I hate Citizens but you guys really need to take a hard look at their app. It's good! Even Chases app let's you see your credit score too. And they both have Zelle, which most POPULAR COMPETENT Banks do! You don't!?!? Not a very convenient bank or app. You guys are great for "hiding" money from myself!

If you let Google save/fill in your password for you, the app does not know you have entered a password and does not enable the "continue" button. Support was helpless for this issue and I had to figure out myself to type an extra character then delete it in order for the continue button/link to enable. I asked the support person to log an issue, they said they would, but, the response really gave me the impression that they were just going to hang up and not do anything. Finding a new bank!!!

The app is horrible, it's irritating to put your password in a second time in order to make deposits. Someone should definitely work on making the app more user friendly, I've also had to un-install and re-install several times in order to gain access to my account, keep getting error messages and once I re-install I have to go through the whole registration process. Seriously considering an alternative bank.
