Easy to use app, and my local bank is always willing to help. The customer service number in the app is helpful as well. Can't seem to get Zelle to work anymore, and neither bank nor Zelle wants to take responsibility for helping with it. That's very frustrating. Otherwise overall the bank app itself is good.

It works for a few days and then stops. You can't use finger print because it constantly says it must be authenticated. You have to put in your password to get in to your account and then again to move money, which is really annoying. I've had to download the app and delete it and re-download it every few days because it's broken.

What did you guys do to the mobile app??? Usually, upgrades mean better features and quicker solutions. Everything about the recent updates is harder to manage and takes more time. Having to ask for a full list to view and wait to load along with transferring funds now requiring multiple required fields makes it clunky. Could you at least set the possibility to default select "today only" in the transfer as an option?
