Super frustrating app - makes me sign in with username and password every time, even though I have fingerprint set up. It makes me validate my phone number and add my account every time I sign in. There should also be a way to view routing number and account number on the app but it's nowhere to be found edit: over half a year later and neither of these experience-ruining problems have been fixed. Being able to only deposit $2,500 per check is a joke, absolutely ridiculous,and very frustrating. They also make you have to write your account number, blue stone bank and mobile deposit only, every time on the endorsement. Not to mention you may not be able to count on the funds right away until you get a confirmation email. Seriously,get with the times. Check out citizens bank mobile app! It's a 100 times better and easier to work with!

Dont like this app at all. Was a mansfield bank customer for over 30 years. Recently it changed to bluestone. This app does not give you the account information you need. Not easy to navigate and very confusing. Doesnt account for pending transaction making it appear you have more money than you do causing me to overdraft for the first time ever since ive had my account. Mansfield bank app was much more user friendly and provided all the information needed to manage my accounts. Disappointed!!!!
