After reading other reviews it seems everyone is complaining about the same problem. The four digit PIN not working and having to re-enter username and password. I would think if this many people complained about it the bank would look into changing it. If IT/ App security installed they can uninstall or change it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to have to do it every time you want to get into the app. What is the point in even having the PIN system if it doesn't work properly?? 😡

Since the last update, I regularly have to input my username and password, even after setting up a pin for quick login. It doesn't even remember my username after I select that option. Really getting old having to have a code sent to my phone and to re-register my phone number every time I want to log in. Edit: This is still an issue. Can PNB not afford to pay someone with IT knowledge to fix this app so it's not a flaming pile of garbage? The pin login for the Banterra bank app works fine.

App has worked great! I haven't had any issues with it and I have been able to do anything I need to on the go. The only problem I wish there was a way to inform the bank of travel with an option in the settings. Other than that it has been a great app.
