it takes too long to setup, certify, and navigate. you have to click extra buttons for what should be already there, which should be all your transactions in the account you click on not just the recent 5 and have to tap see more to see the rest in the same account. very annoying. I have had to have an employee set it up twice and still needs more setup. very frustrating. they also don't allow you to handle your own money. better to cash it out and keep out of banks .

Decent app, but not the easiest. Logging in feels archaic when compared to other banking apps. Constantly have to run security verification when bouncing between phone and laptop, or one phone to another. Also doesn't allow option to see your password when entering. Too many times big fingers make error and then I'm having to call and reset. Most annoying.

If I could give zero stars I would not hesitate to do so. App erases info and you got to go back through entering user ID, phone number, etc. Oh... and let's not mention that almost everytime I try to log on I get an ERROR: The data network is busy or unavailable. Please try again later. It's so much faster to bring up a webpage and log into my account on the Internet. App is worthless.
