This is the most basic banking app I've ever used. So much information I need and can't get to from the app. 3* because it does what they designed it to do. Edit: One year later and nothing has changed or improved. Still the same basic app. Still doesn't even have a running balance. Still takes days for any purchases to show (Chase shows them immediately). Still 3* app

This app makes me put my login info in every single time I use it, even though I have the settings saved to remember username. It makes me go through the whole process of verifying myself with my phone number and access code every single time. It's extremely frustrating when I'm trying to watch my spending, which is necessary for proper budgeting. Please fix this issue! Every other little annoyance could easily be overlooked about this app.

This app is so bad. The login process needs several goes just to get in, and the fingerprint function doesn't really work. You can't make external bank transfers that you can do on the website. But you can check your balance, so two stars for doing the bare minimum I guess? And I suppose you can deposit checks, though I've never done it since the app would probably mess it up.
