Need to find a branch or ATM closest to you? Search by city or zip code or by your current location and the Bank With United app will provide you with addresses and phone numbers of the closest branches instantly. Using the Bank With United app, your mobile device and mobile wallet, you can access your information - conveniently, in the palm of your hand.

Basic app. Does mostly what it should but be prepared to be signed out and have to re input your info to set up biometrics over and over. Also, I haven't been able to use the Zelle feature in years and haven't been able to get it fixed. I've been told "your ticket will be sent to the proper team and they will contact you". No one ever did and I'm still stuck unable to use it! I gave up on eber being able to use it.

I don't like that I can enter a pin to access my account, but then I have to enter a user name and password to manage basic functions. seems backwards and redundant. I'm already in the app so why frustrate the user with another redundant step. Enable 2 step authentication in the beginning. Pin then text a verification code. Would help reduce password resets etc.

I can do my banking any time of day or later at night and pay bills and I can see where my money was spent on the app for an instant receipt. I check my balance when paying bills so that I can keep track of and see the amount that was paid. They block my account for me and send me alerts if it is a fraudulent website keeping my accounts safe.
