Search by city or zip code or by your current location and the Bank With United app will provide you with addresses and phone numbers of the closest branches instantly. Using the Bank With United app, your mobile device and mobile wallet, you can access your information - conveniently, in the palm of your hand.

App has started not working more frequently...it'll say sorry can't process now or something similar to that. very frustrating when you need to transfer money in a pinch or any other necessary banking chore...have to go to the branch just to do a transfer not convenient at all...UPDATE 7/26-still having the same issues! The app improved for a brief period now its back to the same thing SO FRUSTRATING!! It's enough to make me want to switch banks again but that's such a hassle ugggg!!

Resets to default settings every time my phone updates. It's also buggy, not allowing me to transfer $ between accts randomly. This has happened for years despite many app updates and on several different cell phones. Also, I'm unable to mobile deposit checks that are very long bc they never photograph clearly enough bc the app abnormally stretches out the image... Hard to explain.

My 1st log in and set up went really smooth. Within a few minutes I had the app downloaded and deposited my 1st check. My 1st review was in 2021 when I downloaded the app and was a 5 star. I'm dropping to 3 stars in 2026 because of the amount of times the deposit feature doesn't okay a check for little things and then I have to walk the check into a branch to get it okayed without any questions.
