Search by city or zip code or by your current location and the Bank With United app will provide you with addresses and phone numbers of the closest branches instantly. Using the Bank With United app, your mobile device and mobile wallet, you can access your information - conveniently, in the palm of your hand.

if I could give it zero, I would. the bank & the app both are pretty bad, but this is supposed to be about the app. I'll keep it short & talk about the main feature I use the app for: MOBILE DEPOSITS. I have had to do as much as set up a whole lighting production in my home in order for the deposit to be accepted & now that doesn't even work anymore. NOW, I have to actually go OUTSIDE in order to deposit a check. This is annoyingly frustrating & not as convenient as I'm sure it was meant to be.

The app is not as bad as the customer service. Just out of nowhere, my alerts for transaction stops working. Nothing has changed they just stop working. When I call, all they keep saying is I need to turn them on when clearly I have stated that 100 times to them. They need to have trained staff, not just a prompt reader. I would rather them say they dont know instead of repeating they same dumb stuff over and over from a screen. Come on United, you are a bank. Get your stuff together.

It used to be a great app. Now it's horrible. There's a weird glitch that makes me redo set up every time I try to log in. Literally have to re-sign up for the mobile app each time, ridiculous. It also erased my savings account after I withdrew my money from it just a couple of months ago. No, warning for it or anything. Can't use Zelle anymore either because it rarely ever works. It doesn't show all your finances in depth anymore either. Hope they'll fix these issues finally.
