Search by city or zip code or by your current location and the Bank With United app will provide you with addresses and phone numbers of the closest branches instantly. Using the Bank With United app, your mobile device and mobile wallet, you can access your information - conveniently, in the palm of your hand.

I can do my banking any time of day or later at night and pay bills and I can see where my money was spent on the app for an instant receipt. I check my balance when paying bills so that I can keep track of and see the amount that was paid. They block my account for me and send me alerts if it is a fraudulent website keeping my accounts safe.

I hate this app. it works fine when I can get logged in but it is extremely difficult to log in properly. I don't have this many issues with logging into other phone apps and I never have problems logging in on my computer but this app never recognizes my password even if I have used the same one 10 minutes prior on my PC. it will not allow me to see the password as I'm typing it in like any other app. Par for the course for United. I've taken most of my business to another bank.

The app is not as bad as the customer service. Just out of nowhere, my alerts for transaction stops working. Nothing has changed they just stop working. When I call, all they keep saying is I need to turn them on when clearly I have stated that 100 times to them. They need to have trained staff, not just a prompt reader. I would rather them say they dont know instead of repeating they same dumb stuff over and over from a screen. Come on United, you are a bank. Get your stuff together.
