In desperate need of updates! Ever since the huge Samsung update last summer, this app hasn't functioned. It freezes up with simple commands, the back button in the app and on my phone does not work, nor does the transfer or deposit options. Sorely lacking and typical uninstall/reinstall attempts do nothing. Please update and upgrade this app.

What the heck is wrong with your app? I always try to log in and it says "data signal or network unavailable".... its not my phone because I have a great signal and it works for everything else. This app is constantly having issues...im getting more and more annoyed with parkway. You can't reach someone when you need, they close early. If you have any real issues, you have to wait till Monday... why am I still banking with them?

I am updating my review, the app works fine now. The only thing this bank app is missing from all my other bank apps is I can't go back but a month or less. That is unexceptional. I should be able to go back to when I opened said account. I have already had to go to the branch to have smtn printed up when I should be able to do at home. Besides that all the bugs are fixed!
