Ratings and reviews

Very straightforward design which makes it very easy to navigate throughout. I use my cellular data to open the app and haven't had issues whereever I was as long as my cellular data is available even at a weak signal. Communication about app outages and movement with my account is very clear and where I can easily see. Emails are at a minimum. Opening new accounts is easy to navigate through and very fast. Have not had a bad experience with Customer Service if I needed to call.

Extremely difficult to use and it locks me out almost every single sign in. I've spent hours with bank employees on the phone and in person trying to fix the problems. Before that big overhaul it worked great. Ever since it's been nothing but problem after problem that no one can seem to figure out. Terrible app. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's easier and simpler to go in and get printouts in person.

I have a lot of issues with this app. It freezes up a lot. There are also many times I have issues with depositing checks for many different reasons. Sometimes, it will say the check wasn't within the box when I took the picture, but it was. Other times, it does not register the endorsement even though it's endorsed. Sometimes, I have to close out the app several times before I can get what I need done.
