Tried opening the app, and it says it needs an update when there is no update for it (that I can see, as the option doesn't appear on the Playstore). Have had no issues since getting this app until today. Please fix ASAP. Have reinstalled the app and it doesn't fix anything. Update: Turned out be server issues. (Even though I didn't get that message the first time). Everything's good now. (Update: VPN causes the issue to occur. Slightly annoying but the easy fix is turning it off.)

I understand security is important, but if I already logged in with my fingerprint, why do I need to enter my password again just to transfer money? The security requirements are excessive. I’ve been forced to change my password so many times that I’m running out of ideas, and my newer passwords are actually less secure. If you can avoid this app, use another one. The bank itself is great—helpful staff and a nice branch—but the app is extremely frustrating to use.

I have constant problems with it. It keeps giving me pop-ups saying I have to update the app, but there is nothing to update, so I can't get into the app at all.
