Horrible app. I've had to Uninstall and reinstall almost every time I want to check my accounts. Deposit feature is buggy and doesn't always accept the images even if images are taken to the specifications of the app. But the biggest issue is when you open the app and there is nothing, just a white screen and no way to log in. Seriously bad enough of an experience with their tech that I am switching banks Monday.

This app is constantly not working. Had to uninstall and reinstall 3 times yesterday. Each time logging in and setting it up all over again. Additionally, this bank has caused me to incur late fees and my credit to go down because it will not let my payments go through, despite calling and emailing and doing everything they have asked. Have scheduled a payment 3 different times in a month and it will not put it through. 1 out of 5 DO NOT recommend this bank or the app.

Depositing a check on this app is horribly frustrating. Time after time it rejects the image because it says the check isn't endorsed on the back, but it is. Wish there was a human override and not just finicky technology asking me to retake pics of a perfectly good check for an hour.
