The most aggravating app I've ever had. It constantly erases my info and I can't just log in like any other app. It erases my sign in info and I have to re renroll all over again. Also, when it actually does save my info, it doesn't log me in with the fingerprint scanner but about a week then that stops working too. And I've had 3 different phones it has done this with so it doesn't matter if it's iPhone or Android it never works.

This app is full of annoyances. I only use it because there's no alternative for my bank (which I'm leaving due to other customer service failures). I usually have to force stop and clear cache just to get this to launch properly. It reminds me every time I open it that I have been logged out due to a session timeout. I don't need a forced interaction reminder of that. Also, it will sometimes pop up over other apps to remind me that it has timed out.

Used this app for years with intermittent issues. Someone else commented that fingerprint works for a while then it will only accept password. This also happened to me. The fix was to uninstall/reinstall the app but after so many times I gave up and kept typing the password in. For the past week I have been unable to open the app. I have uninstalled/reinstalled. When I open the app is shows me an error that I need to update. It says "downloading" but it never finishes.
