Ratings and reviews

It's basically useless because you have to go to the web for most anything anyhow so what's the point of a mobile app. I can't even initiate an external transfer from the app. Login credentials don't get saved and when I forcibly put that into my password management manually in Android It works but I can't hit the continue button until I manually type something into the password field.

"Data network is busy or unavailable." For 2 days now, they say I'm the only person having this problem, but someone else posted same issue today! Please call and complain if you have the issue. 99.99% sure not an issue on my end. I've been using app for years A unreliable app. Very surprising that they have not made it more user friendly. Remote deposit function doesn't allow flash or easy capture. Not related, but endorsement requirement it's ridiculous with ford/northern trust. App sub par!

I am note holder of 22 years. When they recently updated their digital platform, they cancelled all of my balance alerts without any warning. My account got hit with 3 overdrafts fees in three days from automated withdrawals I had setup. Customer service said they could only refund one fee after they talked with their manager. After my phone call they failed to reverse even that one. 1 star for customer service. Invest your cash elsewhere.
