Love the personal touch of this bank whose staff knows you and is always willing to help. It is some much nicer dealing with them then the big impersonal commercial banks.

Works great when it actually works. Every so often it stops working for days and just gives a message that the network is busy please try again or come back later and this lasts for days

No control of account (pause card, external transters), and customer service are never available. Multiple lockouts and have to contact financial institution to unblock. Real pain if you travel out of NYC...
