Ratings and reviews

This app does NOT work. I have uninstalled / reinstalled countless times. I perpetually receive an error that " network is busy", no matter what I do. I am forced to just give up, and access my account directly online. I see via many other reviews that this app is basically a fail for any number of reasons. Do the programers even attempt to correct any of these issues? Doesn't look that way. Don't bother downloading this - waste of time. Zero stars.

Simple fixes could makes this much more useful. This doesn't need to be perfect, but the simple functions should work. Have had to "authenticate" each time I want to use the dang thing lately rather than just fingerprint in... Never had this issue prior to latest update. Makes it very useless as a mobile app. This could otherwise be a fairly handy tool, which is all a banking app needs to be.

Not even star worthy. I've been a member since 2011 and they've lost me to Chase. I've had to re-enroll 54 times since August. I've had to change my password several times. I've talked to reps with no progress. Online my direct deposit is pending but on here it's not. Why is it taking days? I no longer love the bank and the app is horrible. I am constantly uninstalling and reinstalling. I spend more time in this app because it doesn't work and it takes longer to find my information.
