Thie issues have returned. The app never saves my session or credentials at all. More importantly, it forces me to use an OTP each time, and to re-register my phone number for the app. Every. single. Session. Absolutely no "psychological acceptability" can not be found in this piece of software. Its to the point where you're better off using your browser. You still have to login and OTP, but at least you won't have to re-re-re-re-re-register your number every single time anymore.

App is cumbersome to access for a year plus. After an update I was told was administered by the App/IT group providing the app I repeatedly had to go through the registration process to use the app like I was a first time user. Having to do this process over and over and over is not only frustrating but, in my opinion, provides risk to my personal information as it is transmitted over the airwaves/network. I have repeatedly been told the 3rd party group is working on the issue but unsuccessful.

The Bank is always very professional and friendly. The app is just a very convenient extension of the banks' courteous service. However, there seems to be a problem, not with the bank or the staff, they are wonderful but with the app. Apparently, it doesn't update on the android devices. This leads to uninstalling and reinstalling the app way too frequently. Reinstalling the app and all of your information. I just feel as though we could do better.
