Frustrating log in experience. Constantly have to manually enter bc it is "authentication needed". My finger print works off and on. **Update** A year later and STILL the same issues. Finger print NEVER works now. Always have to manually put in my credentials. My husband's app hardly ever works. It says network error. Please please fix these issues that everyone complains about within these reviews. ๐

This app sucks. You can't do anything other than see your account balance. Since the bank's operating hours also suck, I need to be able to deposit a check from my phone, transfer money, and pay bills from my phone. My husband and I also get locked out at least once a month, and have to call, during business hours, to get it fixed.

Definitely liked the old app interface better. Loved that there was a running total and access to things like statements ect from the app. This app isn't bad now, just could be so much better had the update been an actual updated interface. I do like that we can still use a pin or biometrics to log in.
