5/9/25 This cannot be just me. It'll work for a while, then all of a sudden it doesn't. And it takes days, even with help from the bank, to get it working again. 3/31/25 Aaand once again Zelle doesn't work. 2/1/24 Zelle still does not work constantly. 11/29/23 Horrible after the updates. What is going on??!! Will not set fingerprint as security login, among other things. Glitchy.

I have had to uninstall & reinstall it so many times I've lost count, due to an "Authentication Required" pop up error message which kills the ability to use thumbprint login (unless completely removed & replaced). It's a huge pain & needs to be fixed. I should've shared this feedback awhile ago, because it's been happening for a long time. Keep losing stars because this keeps happening. I literally just had to uninstall/reinstall THREE TIMES IN LESS THAN 12 HOURS (7/14/23). FIX THIS.

I love the app. Customer service is great. The only problem with the app now is that once in a while, the fingerprint feature ceases to work, and I have to sign in the old way, which nowadays is a hassle. To fix the problem every time it appears (not often), I have to unistall the app and set it up again. But, in spite of that, I must say again that I love the app. It makes my banking super easy.
