App works good for a week to two but then authentication fails and you have to manually enter password every time you want to log-in. I am uninstalling then reinstalling the app constantly just so I can used biometrics on it. Highly annoying. *update* 11/22/23 App will not load with android 14 update. Uninstaller and reinstalled - still no soup!

never works. basic. no face recognition, no fingerprint option.

The old app showed the balance on each transaction for checking. The only improvement to this app is fingerprint sign in. The new app seems pretty low class for County Bank standards. Still love CB though. The finger print is great when it doesent as for authentication ever week. Please show statement balances after each transaction. I'm sure it's an easy fix for any webtech.
