Ratings and reviews

I have 7 banking type apps. This is by far the worst. I used to be able to delete the app and reinstall it to get it to work the way they say it should work, now that doesn't even work. When talking to them, they blame it on a 3rd party company. It has your name on it, and you hired them, so in my opinion it's your deal. It was easier and quicker moving 6 figures of money out of your bank than logging into this app. This is my opinion based on my experiences.

I really enjoy the app when it works, which is far and few between. I shouldn't have to keep Uninstalling just to make it work again. Never gives me notifications when I use my card. Gives me an error that the network is busy or bad request. Then when you have to sign in with security, get it texted to you, then it'll ask you to put your number in to enroll in text messages. I just want to be able to track my money without so many issues.

I have a note 10 +. I am forced to reset up every day. The app forgets my user name password, and finger print settings EVERY day. The customer service people are very friendly and try to help my fix the issue, but they cant seem to figure it out. So every morning I have to spend 5 minutes re setting it up. It works fine and is useful but first thing next morning...
