All features may not be available in the tablet application.

Ratings and reviews

I really enjoy the app when it works, which is far and few between. I shouldn't have to keep Uninstalling just to make it work again. Never gives me notifications when I use my card. Gives me an error that the network is busy or bad request. Then when you have to sign in with security, get it texted to you, then it'll ask you to put your number in to enroll in text messages. I just want to be able to track my money without so many issues.

I just started using the app and so far it's 🆗. Now, a year later, the picture seems clear enough. However, I have had problems logging into my account. A customer service person advised me to uninstall the app and reinstall. That worked, so I hope it continues to work. Update: logging in is working well. Nov. 2025 App has been updated and now I can't use it. No longer compatible with my phone. Wonderful update for me.

I'm not sure why my first selections were social media. I would have expected banking transactions such as deposit which I was looking for. I found the recent updates useless, confusing, not user friendly. The app was not intuitive at all. Maybe 2 stars is over rated.
