This app used to be so great, and so convenient. Then the fingerprint stopped working. It just said authentication required, every time and had to sign in with username and password. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times a day in the past week. I can't even get it to open anymore. It just says "loading" for hours... So I uninstall, and reinstall and it says "updating" for hours. I hope someone fixes it and gets it working again soon!

App isn't the best. Always logs me out and I have to log back in. Finger print doesn't keep you signed in and you have to type password anyway. There needs to be a running balance with every debit or credit on the account so at a glance you can track your balance. The way it is now you just have a total balance displayed at the top and a list below showing transactions. Not very user friendly for seeing how your money is moving.

BANK ELSEWHERE!! I must have had to reinstall this app 50 times. It signs you out all the time & and needs to reinstall to get back in. Then, you need a fingerprint, password, and text verification. This is infuriating because after all the work just to sign in, you're met with a horrible UI. It's clunky, slow, and not intuitive at all. They desperately need a software engineer. I hate that I need to use this bank. I'd rather put out a campfire with my face than put up with this app any longer.
