very convenient. easier to transfer money from one account to another. Rather than having to call the bank. The only problem I have is, when you use biometrics (like the fingerprint scanner) to log in, sometimes you have to type the password in for security purposes which gets annoying sometimes. Other than that, love the bank and app!

This app used to be so great, and so convenient. Then the fingerprint stopped working. It just said authentication required, every time and had to sign in with username and password. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times a day in the past week. I can't even get it to open anymore. It just says "loading" for hours... So I uninstall, and reinstall and it says "updating" for hours. I hope someone fixes it and gets it working again soon!

Constantly need to Uninstall and re-install to get it to work. Tells me Error the data network is busy or unavailable try again later. It will do that for days unless I Uninstall. Beyond frustrating!! It's ridiculous that they can't do better with this app it's been years! I have friends that bank at other banks that have much better apps. When signing in with fingerprint, it prompts enter password or to a page you have to hit continue on before just staying on account transactions.
