Downgraded - First - it is idiotic that the app sends a security code to your phone to verify, and then on the next screen asks for your phone number (THAT THEY JUST TEXTED A CODE TO) in order to enroll. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every couple of months, because it will start requiring my password again within the app just to transfer money between accounts or do anything other than look at the balance. It really needs tweaking. When it works, it works great... until it doesn't.

Half the time I try to log in it says I need to reauthenticate (which it doesn't even tell you how to do) to do that you have to log into the website & figure it out for yourself... It's really annoying & makes the app essentially useless because by then you're already on the website so why bother going back to the app... You also can't set up recurring payments on the app... I'm so annoyed by the app I'm thinking of switching banks.

Constantly goes down. And other times have to delete and re-download the app to get it to work. Also after just a few minutes, even if you're actively using the app, it will close out on you and force you to sign back in. Could understand if it done that if sitting idle. But I'll be scrolling up and down on the monthly activity page and have to start over
