This app is absolutely awful. Not only is the process of transferring money between accounts absurdly tedious now. But at least once a week I'll look over my account, and balance/transactions are reflected wholy incorrectly. I'll literally be missing hundreds of dollars, transactions will be showing entirely different amounts, and even looking back at over a month will still reflect completely wrong nbers. It's also incredibly I can have charges from 4-5 days ago not even show up as pending.

Have had no trouble with app. One suggestion, I suggest there be a way to access and print individual transactions so that needed verification of payment can readily be accessed and printed for health reimbursement plans etc. Many times, providers don't give adequate documentation and a page of my bank statement has to be printed to verify one payment. I don't like having to do this as I feel the total information on that sheet is not pertinent for my needs and a privacy issue.

3/24/26: there was a big app update and guess what's still missing... alerts about withdrawals and deposits. I'd love a notification when my paycheck posts!! 8/15/25: Severely lacking features. No way to get any type of alerts (email, text, or push) for deposits or withdrawals. I'd love to be able to get an alert for all deposits and withdrawals over a certain amount. This is standard for MOST banks so I'm looking into switching banks as I was forced here from the Premier Bank acquisition.
