App is pretty poorly coded, and therefore the login process is terrible. After logging in, and subsequently checking the box for fingerprint, upon successive login attempts you must still use your password. It gives an error that authentication is required... Every time. Also, if pasting in the user or password, it doesn't recognize that there is data in either field. You must actually type in a character from the keyboard for each field, and then delete it, and then you can hit continue.

Worst app.. never saves your user name and most times after log in it texts you a code. Then it will also ask you to enroll via text when you literally just recieved text log in code, if you decline you have to re log in!! Sometimes it won't load the log in screen for days and will leave you hanging. I hate this app! It's never reliable!! I'm ready to switch banks because of this app why can't they get it together? Banking could be so easy if they get it right.

Very handy app. Wish it had 1 other feature - notifications of transactions. Also it's very finicky about whether the picture of checks is clear enough. I have another app which uses 4 point focus to make sure to get a clear picture of a document every time. Takes a few seconds longer to scan 4 times from slightly different angles but at least it gets the whole document, clearly, in one attempt.
