good solid app, only complaint is that I use it only about 3 days out of the month and it is constantly turning off biometrics and making me change my password, which I have to do on the full website. effectively locking me out almost monthly from using the app. give me a min of 45 days and let me update my password on the app if it is a periodic password change as opposed to a forced one for too many bad entries. verify with email if required.

The app is full of bugs. The MFA doesn't work for text messages. The biometric sign-on doesn't work if the account has been locked before due to failed login attempts. Lastly the Zelle feature doesn't work on the app. It just loads forever and never resolves. They really need to spend some time better testing the app to get it working better.

so far so good, the staff have been very courteous and responsive, answer questions and complete required tasks in a timely manner. I would have given five stars if I had more time with the service, but only being an few months in everything has been great so far.
