Ratings and reviews

The app is full of bugs. The MFA doesn't work for text messages. The biometric sign-on doesn't work if the account has been locked before due to failed login attempts. Lastly the Zelle feature doesn't work on the app. It just loads forever and never resolves. They really need to spend some time better testing the app to get it working better.

good solid app, only complaint is that I use it only about 3 days out of the month and it is constantly turning off biometrics and making me change my password, which I have to do on the full website. effectively locking me out almost monthly from using the app. give me a min of 45 days and let me update my password on the app if it is a periodic password change as opposed to a forced one for too many bad entries. verify with email if required.

I like the app. It makes it easy to pay my home and auto loan from home. It is easy to transfer money from my savings to my checking, and checking to savings account as i need to. I love the zelle feature, being able to send or receive money from friends and family is very helpful also.
