When it functions, it's "fine" for what it is. However, the app CONSTANTLY glitches and makes it so you can't use your fingerprint to sign in quickly, forcing you to type in your (hopefully) long password every single time. The only way to fix this is to uninstall and reinstall the app. It also forces you to "sign up" with your phone number almost every time you log in as well. They also made the purchases and deposits the same color instead of one being red and the other being black.

Fingerprint sign in doesn't work, Pin code sign is has stopped working, device continously becomes disenrolled in mobile banking so I have to go through the whole enrollment process every third time I sign in. Can't make external transfers from the app. It's only use is to check a quick balance and internal transfer and even that can be done quicker on web browser at this point. Used to be a great app but steadily has gotten worse with time.

App frequently stops working. Have had for years, and consistently have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to work. Also, I have to sign in with user name and password regardless of choosing "remember me" or "fingerprints" removes my pass code as well. I have called more then once over this same issue. This is extremely inconvenient and upsetting. I expect better.
