Since the latest update, account info is slow to load. And I sometimes get an error message saying "unable to process request at this time".
So frustrating. Thanks alot guys for being the only bank to give me a log in thats so secure i can never get in myself. Good job at developing an unneccesarily frustrating and cumbersome login process
Doesn't log in I downloaded it, logged in just fine, deposited one small check, and closed the app. Now it won't log in again, I've deleted data/cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, and I cannot deposit my large check (I'm out of state). This new banking system isn't working so well, thus far.

It's been over 3 weeks since the app is like this. What will it take for you guys to fix this? I've been logging on my computer to check my damn balance. Which is so inconvenient. You guys need to fix it. Please.
