Absolute garbage. The remote deposit option never goes through and there's no option to transfer from my business to my personal account. Every time I call IT they tell me to go to my bank and every time I go to my bank they tell me to call IT. Every once in awhile they'll promise me that it's finally fixed, but that's just a straight up lie. See if your bank will let you use any other app but this.

Unusable. Never accepts credentials, no option of seeing password so you can make sure you hit the right keys, and even when you did get them right, half the time asks for your phone number and then tells you you're already enrolled (duh). Then you have to change your password constantly. I'm going to switch banks because I just can't take it anymore.

HEADS UP! If you find your login does not work, you might be using the wrong app. There are multiple apps that are location specific. iBB Mobile@ -- your particular trust bank -- so if your login just flat out doesn't work, try searching for that instead.
