It's OK. Michael is very helpful. Nice people here. App glitches often, making me have to reset the sign-on info, so as to go on, using biometrics. If left open, and it times out, even a few seconds over, and u close it, it will keep resetting, and have to be reset again. Also when depositing checks, I only have 2 choices of accounts, that are good to deposit into. The other 2 are "dead", yet still on there. I don't want to accidentally deposit a check to a "dead" account. Will call on this

Worst banking app EVER. Won't save login information, and won't save fingerprints... it's bad enough that I have to have 3 pieces of information just to access my business account but to have to keep re-entering every few days is beyond frustrating. I'm running a business I don't have time for this. Will be looking for another bank for this, and several other reasons, immediately.

This app does not keep your sign in information for more than a day or two and then make you redo all of your information over and over again very frustrating. In December is still doing the same thing. Will not save the login information even with the fingerprint unabled. Add an update to spend months and months and it's getting actually worse every time you sign in now you have to fit in all your information seems like with the days technology they can find something better
