This is my fourth edit since my first review. Th bottom line is, this app stinks. Takes as many as 14 taps on my screen for a single deposit. The checks are constantly being rejected because the app can't read the check or see the endorsement. The developers don't seem to care as nothing has changed since the app was first introduced. I would give it less than one star if it were possible.

Difficult to deal with. Still mail statements after requesting electronic and then they charge you a fee for mailing them. Unless you go to the Branch you originally opened your account, they don't want to deal with you. I closed my acct with them and moved my business to a local bank.

Every couple of times I try to log into the account it says my password is wrong. I have changed my password so many times it's ridiculous. I have to go to an actual computer just to log into the account. What is the purpose of the app, when I can't log i to my account from it. I literally just logged into my account a couple of days ago and got in fine. Now today it won't let me in. This is crqzy.
