Ratings and reviews

Anyone having trouble. Uninstall and reinstall the app and clear the cache and downloads. That fixed it for me but that is a poor user experience.

I also received the "app version is not compatible" error. I resolved it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Which shouldn't be necessary but I'm leaving this because folks need to deposit their checks!

I frequently change my password just to try to get in and it still doesn't work and continually freeze.
