App has always been great until this last year every couple weeks I get data network is busy or unavailable error messages which the only thing I can do to get back on app is uninstall and reinstall then go through enrolling again. Every couple of weeks without fail this happens. Extremely frustrating, have called and requested help with this and I get nothing.

If you follow the instructions for the new login on the website first, you can access the app just fine. It was concerning that one of the two phone numbers offered for verification was not mine. I do miss the feature on bill pay where it told me when the payee was last paid and for what amount. You also have to navigate to another page to see what is already scheduled. Lastly, my loan account is showing up as an 'installment' and doesn't show history, amount due or due date. What improved?

I've been with the bank for over 10 year and I've been able to adapt to all the changes just fine. Never did they shut down the bank for 3 days straight with no way to see your accounts. The new app is lame, not user friendly, took away great features, finger print, and it's so slow!!! The colors and font in the app are so BAM IN YOUR FACE. Geez what an upgrade, more like a downgrade. Seriously get it together!!
