Login in procedure on the phone app is extremely annoying. It will never remember your device and wanted you to type in all the info every time you enter the app. Finger scanning feature would do the trick, keep the security level high, and improve overall user experience. It's a very common login feature used across other financial institutions.

The worst mobile deposit feature. Too many steps to go through, plus randomly decides to not read/accept one check out of pile of checks. Deposits a few fine, and then decides that this particular one doesn't have an endorsement or can't read the check. Fix it!!!! This is supposed to help businesses not drive them to the brink of madness.

New review, another 3hrs, including going to the branch itself. devs, please hash and salt pw What a fail! Not only has the whole transfer process been a disaster (3hrs on help line, 2hrs in my branch location and I just gor access to my account, first time since Late February!) which is not likely this dev's fault, but the app won't even let me continue after I enter my (correct) credentials! I met another long term customer on the way out who was arriving to close her account for these issues.
