I think the bank is great itself but I have had been problems with the application. They are working with me and I hope it gets resolved soon. I will give them five stars I just can't because I'm having problems with the app

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. It crashes constantly. The UI is clunky and inefficient. It can't handle simple mobile deposits. I appreciate that 1st Colonial wants to enter mobile banking but this app is not ready for customer use.

Great app for when I don't have time to sit down at a computer or am on the go. Pay bills and make transfers for the kids too!
