Update 8/2025: Still shows error message when I try to log in gotta wait like an hour or more to be able to actually log in. You'd think after two years they'd fix that bug. I don't know what's slower, their ATMs or their app. OG review 2023; This last update made the app lag even more. Other times it won't let me log in, keeps saying error. And it seems it keeps asking for extra verification every log in which isn't necessary. Once every several log in should be enough.

Recent update (early May, 2025) has completely broken the usability of the app, the credit card menus in specific. Can no longer select what account to make a payment from, the app frequently crashes trying to load account information, and the UI is getting more and more less-user-friendly. Whomever you guys partnered with for these credit card changes, you need to cancel your agreement and revert them.

App works great but payment reminders get texted in the middle of the night waking you up. Very annoying because I don't feel like I should have to turn my ringer off because they can't set the notification time for a reasonable hour. Other concern is you can't tell if account is on auto pay. You can tell on the credit card payment. Making payments is very simple through the app.
