there's always a system crash not even working when needed. Bob to bob is working fine but why not supporting when transferring to other bank. hope you guys will update us when your system is down.hope you will fix this soon

Very disorganized and the disclaimeris very unethical. The fact they charge Nu. 10 is atrocious. They are easing their banking by making it computerized. Instead of all lining up in counters in person. It is more of a convenience and its a service that should be free. The ATMs most of the time don't work and it never does auto reverses when money doesn't come through. You have to fill an application and it takes weeks and on one occasion more than a month.

credit to mbob is like a day and night that never happens togather since the message is not showing up like before on the phone message app after being credited by others
