Very disorganized and the disclaimeris very unethical. The fact they charge Nu. 10 is atrocious. They are easing their banking by making it computerized. Instead of all lining up in counters in person. It is more of a convenience and its a service that should be free. The ATMs most of the time don't work and it never does auto reverses when money doesn't come through. You have to fill an application and it takes weeks and on one occasion more than a month.

when we press the reverse button, the entire app closes and later when we open it back again a annoying message pops up saying"we did not close the app properly last time"

I can't login to my account, it says login detected in other device and says to visit branch for this small problem, I tried emailing bunch of times but non of them fixed my problem and said to visit a branch, 😔 please make it like before MBOB where OTP can login to ur original login and identify it's owner, i am very disappointed in every update, it feels like for some reason mbob is taking other in app systems and cover up with " for security purpose"please revert the updates or just put OTP.
