Too many paperwork and an extremely tedious process to open an account or updating KYC: this process could take weeks with ton of emails back and forth with too many requirements which were not requested in the first email. not only that, you have also to verify your documents. Is that all, no, you still need to mail these documents to their HQ in Bahrain. Other than that, the service is good and the team responds quickly to emails.

I like the app overall and the new features are good but i am having problems after the last update 1- I have to enter user name and password every time i log in the remember me option doesn't work. 2- stocks under 1 L.E only shows 2 decimal points instead of 3 at the supply and demand page. 3- I can't sell T+0 through the app the option is grayed and i can't click it so i must use a pc to sell T+0.

You need to know that after printing, filling, scanning, & emailing the contracts back to them, you will be asked to deliver the original signed contracts to their office. So if you are willing to go to their office, save your time & effort and do the whole contracts thing there. Didn't like that they imply that you can get an account up & running from the comfort of your home, & that they don't mention the need of the original except after you think you are done & ready.
