🚴 Rider Registration & Profile

Riders can easily register within the app by providing their personal and professional details. Once approved, they gain access to assigned orders from tailoring shops. Each rider has a secure profile that tracks their activities and assigned tasks.

📦 Order Management

Riders receive real-time order requests directly in the app. Each order includes complete details such as customer address, service type (measurement, fabric pickup, delivery), and tailoring shop information. Riders can accept or reject orders based on availability, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.

📏 Customer Measurement Collection

One of the core features of the Mqask Rider App is digital measurement recording. When visiting a customer’s location, riders can accurately record body measurements required for stitching a Thobe or other garments.
All measurements are entered directly into the app and are instantly sent to the assigned tailor, eliminating manual errors, paperwork, and delays.
