OGL Lite is the official mobile application of Manappuram Finance Limited, a registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The app allows existing customers to conveniently manage their gold loan accounts anytime, anywhere. Customers can view account details, make online payments, repledge gold loans, and check statements in a secure and easy way.

📌 Gold Loan Product Details:

1. Loan Amount: ₹1,000 up to eligibility limit


2. Loan Duration: 90 days to 365 days


3. Annual Gold Loan Interest Rates (APR): 9.90% – 24%


4. Processing Fee: ₹10 at the time of settlement


5. Additional Processing Fee on Repledge: 0.007% of new pledge value


6. Individual Maximum Exposure Limit: ₹25 Lakhs (requires separate approval for additional exposure)



📌 Representative Example:
If the loan amount is ₹1,000 and a customer selects the DS scheme with an interest rate of 12% per annum, and the customer pays only the interest every 30 days for the next 180 days, the overall interest payable would be ₹59.17. A processing fee of ₹10 is charged at the time of settlement.
Total cost of the loan (Principal + Interest + Processing Fee): ₹1,069.17.
Customers have the convenience to pay the principal balance anytime within the 180-day tenure.

📌 Compliance Note:

Minimum repayment period is 61 days; we do not provide pay-day loans or loans with less than 61-day repayment period, in accordance with Google’s loan policy.

OGL Lite does not provide personal loans or unsecured lending. Only existing gold loan customers can use the app.

App is crashing continuously unable to open and payment of my dues. Raised issue also again same problem arises... every time when I update the phn..app crash down

no withdrawl while repladge , pls update or improve withdrawal issues , paytm payment bank facing higher pay, ment failure issue showing from Android, but from iphone it's works .

6 times rebate in a month is not at all acceptable, make it minimum 10 to 15 so customers can use it accordingly. When contacting RM he/she is informing that they can't do manually. kindly look into it and do the needful.
