About this app

MGO Connect is the official mobile application of MyGovernmentOnline. This app is useful for community members to create or review their applications and projects that have been approved by our partnered organizations. Please use your login credentials created on www.MyGovernmentOnline.org to access our mobile services. Once logged in, you may submit requests for services, create applications, review permits, upload or download documents to and from your local government, and much more! MGO Connect is actively being updated with new features and an even greater mobile interface to better meet the needs of our constantly growing family of customers. I've looked up quite a few permits for insurance inspection purposes on the app and it comes up with no permits. I check the same address on the desktop computer and find all the permits. The app needs to sync up with the system way better than this. Too many times I'm out in the field and can't rely on the app.

The login doesn't work at all. I've tried changing the password multiple times but it still doesn't work. The website works fine.

This app made me see clearly how easy permitting can really be! It makes the process of applying so easy, a caveman can do it! It's very straightforward and easy to follow along, and the MyGovernmentOnline team really outdid themselves with this app! I can't wait to do more permits and use this app more!
